Plaza Medical Centre now offers a GP Fast Track Clinic for suitable same-day health concerns.
This service provides bulk billed same-day appointments for focused, short-term GP care. Some appointment types are not eligible for us to bulk bill and may incur a private fee - you must present at the front desk after your consult to consent for bulk billing or to pay any costs.
If you do not consent for bulk billing at the desk, you will be charged a private fee.
The GP Fast Track Clinic is designed for patients who need timely medical care but do not require emergency department care. It is not for emergencies, complex ongoing care, multiple unrelated concerns, long appointments, or long-term medication management. The GP may direct you to an alternative service if a standard appointment, emergency care or another service is more appropriate.
The clinic runs from Monday - Friday and is open from the hours on 9am-5pm.
